The modular artwork El patrón falocéntrico (The Phallocentric Pattern) represents an analogy to mechanisms of power and authority encoded as a repetitive pattern in cultures and societies - mostly invisible in its nature, yet omnipresent in everyday lives.
The pictorical pattern is created by repetitive use of one basic element - a simplified obelisk. This obelisk form has a function of the maximal representation of symbolic phallic power we can find in the form of a commemorative vestige in almost every metropolis in the world.
